Going Nomad

02/26/2008 - 12:50

Four months from now I'm expecting to be in a cramped seat on a discount plane to Europe. One-way ticket. The plan is to live in hostels and—if I'm lucky—a cheap, one-month apartment rental or two while absorbing as much as I can of the city and culture around me. I work as a freelance web developer and my job is going to travel with me on my laptop. I'll also be posting photos, notes, and articles to this website, GoneNomad.com. I don't know all the details of how this is going to work but I do know it's going to be an unforgettable experience!
